SERVICE ROSTER

Lead and direct governmental approvals and entitlements.

Pursue municipality incentives and inducements.

Optimize land purchase negotiations.

Oversee site analysis and feasibility as related to soils, zoning, traffic, drainage, utilities, and municipality fee structures.

Coordinate public approval processes required by municipalities for rezoning, platting, planning, and site development.

Manage the planning and designing of the site and the buildings in association with qualified architects and engineers.

Apply knowledge of current market conditions to establish realistic project budgets.

Direct the work of Brinkman Construction, Inc. pre-construction experts to assist the owner in making business decisions related to the facility (budgets, estimates, schedules, systems identification, feasibility studies, etc.).

Direct construction activities to assure that the project is meeting the owner’s goals in every way.
-
Assure a seamless transition to securing Certificate of Occupancy.
