Your Brinkman development management team goes to work on your project, to:
  • Lead and direct governmental approvals and entitlements.
  • Pursue municipality incentives and inducements.
  • Optimize land purchase negotiations.
  • Oversee site analysis and feasibility as related to soils, zoning, traffic, drainage, utilities, and municipality fee structures.
  • Coordinate public approval processes required by municipalities for rezoning, platting, planning, and site development.
  • Manage the planning and designing of the site and the buildings in association with qualified architects and engineers.
  • Apply knowledge of current market conditions to establish realistic project budgets.
  • Direct the work of Brinkman Construction, Inc. pre-construction experts to assist the owner in making business decisions related to the facility (budgets, estimates, schedules, systems identification, feasibility studies, etc.).
  • Direct construction activities to assure that the project is meeting the owner’s goals in every way.
  • Assure a seamless transition to securing Certificate of Occupancy.
