Paul was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He began his career in real estate and construction during his high school years working for a local Colorado Design/Build firm. During this time, Paul developed his desire to work in the Real Estate/Development and Construction industry. Paul is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. After completing his degree, he spent two years in Dallas working as a Structural Engineer and was enrolled in the college of business at Southern Methodist University where he successfully attained his certificate of finance. Paul's past experience as a Project Manager, Vice President of Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer for one of Northern Colorado's largest design/build/development companies, has given him the experience and edge to lead Brinkman Partners into a new generation of Real Estate services. Paul's passions include his family and giving back to the community through numerous local boards and volunteer groups.

Jerry Chilson brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to the Brinkman Partners commercial real estate team. His first post in the industry was with a major national title company, where he gained extensive technical knowledge regarding all aspects of real estate transactions. Jerry leverages that knowledge as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in office and retail investment transactions, as well as land acquisition and sales. Laurie is a long time resident of Ft. Collins, moving here from Connecticut to attend Colorado State University in 1973. Her career in real estate began in 1978 and her experience is well rounded. She began working as a Closer for a title company and then moved on to real estate investments, 1031 exchanges, residential and commercial sales and leasing. Laurie feels strongly that family, (especially grandchildren), keeps life exciting. She enjoys volunteering and believes that it is a rewarding way for her to contribute back to the community.

Joshua Guernsey is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Josh began his career working with a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm in Denver while earning a dual Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. David Miller heads up Marketing for Brinkman Partners. In this role, David supports the health of the investment portfolio through integrated marketing of real estate holdings. His 28-year professional background includes the full gamut of marketing programming, while in senior management posts for regional, national and global companies. This broad background equips David to custom-tailor Brinkman Partners' marketing approach to each individual property or transaction, whether the objective is national exposure to produce an ideal buyer, regional campaigns to achieve a property's optimal tenant mix, or hands-on day-to-day communications with a range of partners who can bring value to the equation. David is a graduate of Colorado State University, with a degree in Business Administration - Marketing Concentration.

After graduating from the University of Iowa with a Marketing Degree in 2003, Greg began his career in real estate by working for the largest title and escrow company in the United States. While in this position he facilitated the closings of hundreds of commercial and residential transactions. In early 2006 Greg began brokering real estate transactions with RE/MAX in Fort Collins and soon became a top producing agent that was retained by the company to train fellow brokers. Greg joined the Brinkman Partners team in late 2007 and is in the process of attaining his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver. Greg's community involvement includes being an active member of the "Character First" organization, The SERTOMA Foundation, and numerous volunteer posts at Timberline Church.
