Kevin Brinkman is President, co-founder and managing broker of Brinkman Partners. His professional background includes experience in civil engineering, construction management, real estate brokerage, and development. Kevin's diverse knowledge provides the expertise to lead the company through the full cycle of investment activities including: acquisition and development, redevelopment, tenant/user management, and property exit and exchange. His credentials include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, a master's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver, and designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). His daily efforts are directed towards quality, consistency, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to the Company's clients and partners.

Paul was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He began his career in real estate and construction during high school, working for a local Colorado design/build firm. During this time Paul developed a desire to work in the real estate/development and construction industry. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. After completing his degree, he spent two years in Dallas working as a Structural Engineer and was enrolled in the College of Business at Southern Methodist University where he successfully attained his certificate of finance. Paul's past experience as a Project Manager, Vice President of Healthcare, and Chief Operating Officer for one of Northern Colorado's largest design/build and development companies, has given him the experience to lead Brinkman Partners into a new generation of real estate services. Paul's passions include spending time with his family and giving back to the community through numerous local boards and volunteer groups.

Joshua Guernsey is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Josh began his career working with a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm in Denver while earning a dual Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. Josh went on to manage complex, institutional level transactions in the United States, Canada and Mexico as an acquisition, due diligence, disposition and financing analyst for a world renowned real estate investment trust. Josh's extensive education and work experience as well as an accreditation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) allows him to provide the comprehensive services that distinguish Brinkman Partners as an elite investment real estate firm.

Ashley operates as a Transaction Manager for the Brinkman Partners investment team. She coordinates marketing and research efforts as they relate to investment offerings. In addition, Ashley provides vital support to the investments team by managing essential transactional documentation and due diligence, controlling pending transactions, and facilitating closings.

Mike is a graduate of the Colorado State University School of Business with a Real Estate concentration and a Construction Management minor. He found his passion for construction and real estate at an early age and began his career in the industry in the northwest suburbs of Chicago over 6 years ago. While in the Midwest, Mike had an opportunity to work in the Real Estate and Construction department for the McDonald's Corporation and gained a perspective of commercial real estate at the corporate level. While attending Colorado State University, he worked with a major real estate firm in Northern Colorado, helping with market analysis services. At Brinkman, Mike is working with the team and is focused on providing comprehensive brokerage and real estate services in Northern Colorado.

Northern Colorado
Greg began his career as a real estate agent in Fort Collins in 2007. Since 2007, Greg has completed over 80 transactions in Northern Colorado comprising over $20 million in sales volume. After attaining his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2010, Greg accepted a position with CBRE in Los Angeles. While with CBRE he provided real estate services to owners and tenants in California and across the country. This experience included representing the Lobster ME Restaurant concept in Las Vegas, leasing space in the 330,00 SF Iowa River Landing Development in Iowa City, and providing consulting services to the Lewis Development Company in Los Angeles.
