Brinkman Construction began with the desire to offer a unique and fresh approach to construction and real estate services for clients industry-wide. With nearly 17 years of construction experience, Paul Brinkman felt there was a niche to be filled that addressed not only the design and construction elements of a project, but also development and brokerage services for clients.
Brinkman Construction began its first construction project with the Professional Offices at Oakridge, acting as owner/developer/broker and general contractor. The team broke ground on three buildings totaling 21,000 square feet on July 7, 2006, and received their Certificate of Occupancy on December 17, 2006. The group moved from their original office building into one of the newly constructed buildings at Oakridge on December 19, 2006. This project stood as a flagship that reflected the type of real estate services that could successfully be integrated together for the benefit of Brinkman’s clients.
Brinkman Construction continues to offer integrated construction and real estate services and has successfully completed numerous complex and dynamic projects. As the team grows with many new and highly talented individuals, the vision that inspired the creation of the company can be seen in the completion of each successful project and our clients’ confidence in our services.
