Paul was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He began his career in real estate and construction during his high school years working for a local Colorado Design/Build firm. During this time, Paul developed his desire to work in the Real Estate/Development and Construction industry. Paul is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. After completing his degree, he spent two years in Dallas working as a Structural Engineer and was enrolled in the college of business at Southern Methodist University where he successfully attained his certificate of finance. Paul's past experience as a Project Manager, Vice President of Healthcare and Chief Operating Officer for one of Northern Colorado's largest design/build/development companies, has given him the experience and edge to lead Brinkman Partners into a new generation of Real Estate services. Paul's passions include his family and giving back to the community through numerous local boards and volunteer groups.

Dave was born in Colorado and has spent most of his construction career along the Front Range and mountain towns. Dave has over 20 years of experience in numerous phases and types of construction, including Residential and Commercial. Dave received his Bachelors of Science from Colorado State University in Industrial Construction Management. Dave has successfully managed numerous design-build commercial projects, including hospital care facilities, retail, office, restaurant, mixed-use, etc. Dave’s passions include spending time with his family, participating in community events, racquetball & fitness, music, and playing guitar in a local rock band.

Jim began his career in the development and construction industry at Arizona State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Jim joined a national design-build development and construction company in Phoenix where he spent seven years managing development and construction projects from initial design concepts through construction completion. This accelerated experience and blend of multiple and diverse responsibilities has given Jim a unique experience in the industry and has helped him with his professional career goal of becoming a master builder. Jim is currently responsible for all pre-construction activities at Brinkman Construction and assists with entitlements and development management responsibilities. Jim is known for his sincere, honest and open communication style that he uses to ensure success for everyone involved with any project.

Georgiana began her career working with the City of Fort Collins for nearly twenty years. She made the transition to Brinkman and loves everything about her job. Dave is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, but has spent the majority of the past 10 years in Colorado. He graduated from Western State College in Gunnison, CO in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration and minors in both Construction Management and Accounting. Since graduation he has worked in varying capacities in both the real estate and construction industries. Dave is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver’s Burns School of Business. As a Project Engineer, Dave provides behind-the-scenes support on a number of projects. His goal is to steadily increase his knowledge base and capacity to meet the growing needs of Brinkman Partners.

Bill was raised in the construction industry and followed his grandfather's and father's steps into the profession. Bill recently celebrated his 30th year in the industry in 2006. Bill began his career in the trades as a Mason's Apprentice and worked up to a position as a Journeyman Iron worker/welder. Bill returned to school and completed his Associates of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Graduate MBA. Bill has worked on numerous large and complicated projects in various positions including Field Engineer/Surveyor, Office Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Vice President, and COO.

Andy Looney brings thirty years of varied construction experience to Brinkman Construction. He has a supervised numerous commercial, medical, mixed use, and multi-family projects in the Northern Colorado region. He has a B.S. from Colorado State University and has completed many training seminars through the Associated General Contractors of Colorado and private training companies. He is supervising new projects for Brinkman Construction and is concentrating on managing field operations. Andy enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing a little and gardening.

Evan began his construction career as an Electrical Apprentice at the age of 18, and attained his Journeyman Certification shortly thereafter. He has been involved in several large commercial construction projects. Evan moved into the General Contracting side of construction and is currently operating as a Project Engineer for Brinkman Construction. Evan's hobbies and intrests include spending quality time with his family and friends. He enjoys being outdoors, riding his four wheeler,and coaching baseball.

Dale gratuated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Civil Engineering. His passion for Construction was instilled at an early age by his father who also worked as a Superintendent for a large construction company. Dale is the father of one son, Riley.
