The new welcoming interior includes custom woodwork, warm color tones, and distressed metal accents. Windows were expanded on the north and east faces to create natural lighting throughout the space. Diners enjoy two dining areas as well as a full-service bar within the north dining room.

18,000 SF Islamic center located on a 3.26 acre site just southwest of the Colorado State University campus. The design of the two-story center blends Islamic and Northern Colorado architectural styles. It includes a prayer hall and mezzanine, library, conference room, lounge and multi-purpose room and an outdoor courtyard.  The center is topped by a 70-foot minaret and 52-foot dome both topped with crescent moons. The currently unfinished basement provides an option for further expansion for future needs.

Bringing this center to fruition has been in the works for nearly 18 years. In 1996, an ICFC committee was formed to initiate the process of building a new center. Between the raising of funds and finding the right site, it wasn’t until March of 2012 that construction began. With the completion of the new building, the Islamic Center will be able to better accommodate their congregation while providing increased opportunities for community outreach and education.

Peakview Retail Building Number 1 is a contemporary designed retail center consisting of approximately 6,535 SF.  This building was designed for three separate suites and additional buildings are currently in the planning phase.

Prior to construction of this building, Brinkman Partners performed a broad array of services for the land owner/client.  As listing broker for the retail center, the brokerage team was able to secure two prominent tenants despite a significant market downturn for the demand of retail space.  Brinkman Construction managed the preconstruction process, optimizing the building configuration to suit the initial tenants’ needs, while phasing the project in accordance with market conditions. The company also managed the permitting process while simultaneously preparing comprehensive loan packages submitted to potential financial lenders.

“Brinkman Construction’s know-how and ability specific to development and construction services, has been critical to the success of this project! I am extremely pleased with the end result as well as the incredible client service I received throughout this process.  The trust and relationship built from this experience is priceless and I will certainly look to them again in the future for their expertise.”
