Project Details

The Gallery Flats is an upscale five-story, 70-unit, 66,000 SF apartment complex in the heart of downtown Loveland. The project serves as a major catalyst in the ongoing urban revitalization of the area. Amenities will include a rooftop patio, gym, and outdoor kitchen as well as private parking. The building will be made-up of 70 units and 100 beds. Residents can choose from studio, one, two, and two-bedroom live/work layouts. The Gallery Flats will play on Loveland’s urban renewal while incorporating the city’s historic appreciation for the arts.

Project Details

MAX Flats is an exciting mixed-use project between Old Town Fort Collins and the Colorado State University campus. Located along the new and improved Mason Street Corridor, the upper four floors will be comprised of for-rent multi-family one, two, and three bedroom units. The building will be made up of 64 units and 100 beds. The ground floor is designed to accommodate a 1,500 SF retail user that will serve as an amenity for the tenants and the surrounding community. MAX Flats will boast an attractive plaza and seating area as well as an enhanced streetscape that blends with the surrounding area.

Project Details

The SkiView Place complex is an exciting new multi-family project at the Steamboat Springs Ski area base, less than one mile from the ski area and three miles from downtown Steamboat with easy access to both the Yampa River and the Core Trail.  The project includes two 16,500 SF buildings consisting of three floors, combining the best elements of mountain living and modern convenience.

Project Details

This state-of-the-art, Class A office building consists of an all steel and concrete structure. It will include five levels throughout 54,000 SF. The core/shell building was designed by Architects Studios. The interiors were designed by Blue Ocean Design to create an innovative and productive atmosphere for staff and visitors. The building will include luxury executive offices and boardrooms, real wood cabinetry, specialized lighting throughout, high-end coffee bar, and an exterior patio with a built-in BBQ. The first floor will also include a full-service restaurant.

This 51,000 SF, four-story office building marks the second Drive building in Denver River North’s Taxi development. The innovative office space is being built around the requirements of 20-30 new economy—high tech and creative businesses. Construction includes unique elements seen throughout
the original Drive building, also constructed by Brinkman Construction, including garage-style glass doors in all the spaces that add natural light and can be opened for fresh air and informal common spaces including a gourmet snack bar.
