Project Details

This five-story apartment complex is located on the northeast corner of Block 23, the largest undeveloped land parcel in Old Town Fort Collins. The complex will offer a fitness center, private parking, lounge and coffee bar. Old Town Flats will include 94 apartments: 16 studios, 54 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. The site’s proximity to the MAX bus rapid transit line was a driving factor in its selection. Old Town Flats will offer renters luxury finishes, downtown convenience, and low-maintenance living.

The project will include enhancements to the surrounding streetscape. Old Town Flats is a true urban living experience with its location along the Mason Corridor and in the heart of downtown.

Project Details

The 41,943 SF project will include a three-story building with a private underground parking garage.  One, two and three-bedroom units will be available for lease. The units will include high-end finishes throughout as well as a common courtyard.

The building’s prime downtown location in the historic Whittier Neighborhood places it near Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall. The location will provide the building with spectacular views of the mountains as well a true downtown living experience. The units will range in size from 600 to 1,400 sq. ft. while featuring large windows and private outdoor living spaces in every unit. The building will also feature amenities including a coffee bar, pet washing station and bike storage and maintenance facilities.

30,600 SF, two-story Class A office building in Harmony Technology Park. Brinkman Partners will occupy the entire 15,000 SF first floor and the second floor will be available to other office users.

The look and feel of the building will incorporate the innovation emphasized throughout Brinkman’s corporate culture. An outdoor patio with a roll-up garage door will create an indoor/outdoor space to be utilized for company and client gatherings. As a whole, the building will feature an open-air look with expansive exterior windows and natural lighting throughout. The design will focus on sustainable elements and green building.

Project Details

The SkiView Place complex is an exciting new multi-family project at the Steamboat Springs Ski area base, less than one mile from the ski area and three miles from downtown Steamboat with easy access to both the Yampa River and the Core Trail.  The project includes two 16,500 SF buildings consisting of three floors, combining the best elements of mountain living and modern convenience.

This 51,000 SF, four-story office building marks the second Drive building in Denver River North’s Taxi development. The innovative office space is being built around the requirements of 20-30 new economy—high tech and creative businesses. Construction includes unique elements seen throughout
the original Drive building, also constructed by Brinkman Construction, including garage-style glass doors in all the spaces that add natural light and can be opened for fresh air and informal common spaces including a gourmet snack bar.
