 |  | | Dresser Rand Tenant Finish | This design-build project required a quick turn-around for our client. We gained a firm understanding of costs and potential for savings which allowed our team to create the best possible solutions for Dresser Rand. In the end, our team delivered the highest quality project that met the overall project budget. We also worked diligently to follow the LEED construction process and successfully recycled and reused many materials throughout construction. Items the team was able to reuse were as follows: ceiling tile, cabinetry, sinks, and all doors and hardware. We followed our Gratis program to ensure that other sustainable practices were used during construction such as: retro-fitting light fixtures, using low VOC paints and sealants, and Brinkman's indoor air quality policy to filter media on the HVAC return system to prevent pollution for occupants.

New York Life had a limited project budget and our team worked together with our subcontractors to provide a savings plan to allow them to maintain the overall look of the space and keep the costs in line with their budget. |

 |  | | Gateway at Centerra Condominiums C&S - Bldg. D | This project is located in the largest mixed-use development in northern Colorado and is adjacent to the Medical Center of the Rockies. Building D is the largest of four buildings in an office development constructed with offices of similar design and size. The core and shell is a wood framed, steel structure with two stories and common area, elevator and restrooms. Brinkman Construction, the successful contractor in an 'invitation-only' bidding process, excelled in successfully completing this multi-owner, premier project and incorporating a unique, integrated real estate approach by assembling the buyer's group for the entire building and providing complete construction services, including design coordination for the tenant finish portion of the project for Front Range Business Centers who are involved as part-owner and leasing the 15,652 SF of office space. |

 |  | | The Learning House | Based in Fort Collins, the Learning House is a not-for-profit learning center for children ranging from infants to 8 years of age. The Learning House approached Brinkman Construction in 2008 and asked for help to facilitate the construction of an addition to their growing facility. Brinkman agreed, donated $10,000 in construction services, and coordinated with local subcontractors who responded and also discounted their services and fees. |

 |  | | Enterprise Rent-A-Car TF | A 25,000 SF tenant finish that required demolition, quick turn-around, and protection of finished tenant space (previously a private school). Although the client for this project did not require the team to divert the demolition materials from the landfill, Brinkman felt it was important to follow their company Sustainability Program. The project team was able to successfully divert the majority of the existing materials from the landfill including: steel, ceiling tile, carpet, plumbing fixtures, insulation and cabinetry. These products were either recycled or reused by other building owners in the northern Colorado community. |
