A five-story class A office building along the Harmony Corridor providing 52,212 SF of one-of-a-kind tenant space for this region. The design and materials exude a timeless look that will continue to stand out as a premier building for years to come. Not only timeless, but environmentally friendly, the building was designed under the LEED NC version 2.2 requirements and is under certification review at a LEED Certified level. Some of the 'green' elements in the building are waterless urinals and low flow fixtures, energy efficient lighting and mechanical systems, FSC wood products, water efficient landscaping, and plenty of daylight and views.

As a partner in the development, the general contractor, and owner in the building, Brinkman Partners' recognized the importance of incorporating the environmental elements into the building.
