This 3-story, state-of-the-art office building is the second phase of the Kierland Corporate Center project in Scottsdale, AZ and includes 81,600 SF of class A office and mixed-use/retail space. The exterior facade is true to modern southwest architecture and consists of masonry, stone, high efficiency glazing and stucco. The project also consists of a new 340-space underground parking structure with above grade covered and uncovered parking for the entire Kierland Corporate Center campus.
