St. Michael's Town Square is a pedestrian oriented Town Center Development designed to mimic the look and feel of an authentic town square. The retail and office buildings are positioned around a central amphitheatre and park area. Businesses and amenities within the development include a boutique grocery store, coffee shop, community center, numerous restaurants, offices, and even an authentic pub. Each unit within the development is designed with a unique façade incorporating various materials and paint schemes which allow for the appearance of individual buildings.

Buildings 4 and 5 comprise the entire North side of the square and there addition completes the final phase of the St. Michael’s Town Square development.  Both buildings were designed and constructed with the same architectural attention to detail that is found throughout the development.  Building 4 is a two story retail/office building with over 10,000 SF to suit offices on the upper floor and approximately 11,000 SF of ground floor retail. Building 5 is comprised of over 9,000 SF of ground floor retail space which can accommodate up to 7 individual units.
