Developed on a 2 acre site and infrastructure within a residential development in Windsor, Colorado, is the town's largest neighborhood and community complex. This project consisted of a 3,500 SF clubhouse with a full-sized kitchen, meeting room, game room, living room with a TV, and fireplace. Also  a pool house, resort-style, Olympic-size swimming pool with water features, and site amenities such as custom designed skateboarding park, in-line hockey rink, basketball court, two tennis courts, multiple-age playgrounds, shade arbors, and picnic shelters. Mail kiosks and bus shelters were constructed at each of the two entries into the subdivision.
