Peakview Retail, building number 1, is a contemporary designed retail center consisting of approximately 6,535 SF. The building has been designed for three separate suites and additional buildings are currently in the planning phase. Prior to construction of this building, Brinkman Partners performed a broad array of services for the land owner. As listing broker for the retail center, the brokerage team was able to secure two prominent tenants, despite a significant market downturn for the demand of retail space. Brinkman Construction managed the preconstruction process, optimizing the building configuration to suit the initial tenants’ needs, while phasing the project in accordance with market conditions. The company also managed the permitting process while simultaneously preparing comprehensive loan packages submitted to potential financial lenders. This project is an excellent example of our integrated real estate services.
