The South Timnath Ranch Community Center will be located on 3.5 acres that is surrounded on two sides by a pond. The 6,000 SF clubhouse will be clad in natural stone and board and batten siding. Large exposed timbers will carry the roof above the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the 4,000 SF swimming pool and provide picturesque views of the Colorado Mountains. The clubhouse will serve as a fitness center, a multi-purpose room, and will house the locker rooms along with food/beverage service for the pool. The versatile pool will include a 20 ft slide, play structures, whirlpool, and lap lanes. The pool will also be supported by the 1,000 SF Cabana, which will have restrooms and a lifeguard room in close proximity.

The design process of this project has been structured in a unique way. The client brought the architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, and Planner to the project team. Brinkman assembled the mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineers supported by experienced subs. Brinkman's pre-construction services supported this design team to ensure a constructible design was aligned with the client's expectations and budget throughout the design process.
