This project consisted of a 4,500 SF tenant finish for office spaces along with a complete commercial test kitchen on the second floor in the Hahn's Peak building at Centerra. The project included unique high-end finishes with longer than normal lead times, including end-grain hickory flooring throughout the entry and conference room. Brinkman Construction completed one week ahead of the original schedule which included solving long lead issues.
