This design-build tenant improvement project was completed 3 weeks ahead of the owner’s original request for completion. It is located on the second floor of the fully operational 25/34 Medical Professional Offices that Brinkman completed in 2008.

The clinic serves as the home for a high-tech medical-oriented spa consisting of six separate procedure rooms, a massage and consultation room, a nurse work area, lounge, reception, and waiting area.
