The professional Offices at Oakridge are the result of a unique partnership between Brinkman Partners and Everitt Companies. With the completion of Fort Collins' newest business park, Oakridge offers not only prime location to both tenants and clients alike, but a sense of timeless quality. The three-building campus includes over 19,000 SF and was designed and built to optimize the use of a vacant 1.3 acre lot. The buildings contain features reflective of the Rocky Mountain environment with a mix of cedar, stone and brick veneer. With the best in design-build construction and the beauty of mature landscaping, the buildings will continue to provide a high quality product for many years to come.
As a signature project for Brinkman Partners, The Professional Offices at Oakridge reflect the unique integrated real estate services Brinkman can offer its clients, from development to construction.
The building's occupants include EKS&H, The Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, Pinnacle III, and AXA Equitable-Phillips Financial.
