These Urban Designed Lofts located at the corner of South Mason and Magnolia in Old Town Fort Collins were designed to show the importance of urban design and its role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in our community. The Lofts were designed to integrate timelessly into the existing context of the block. The Lofts are 40,000 SF, are four-stories tall, and offer 18 residential lofts and a professional office space including a conference center on the first floor of the building.  The Lofts range in size from 950 SF to 1,750 SF and include custom hardwood floors, high beam ceilings and numerous built-in amenities.

Construction of this project entailed limited space and demo of existing building. The project includes a rooftop observation deck, providing a 360 degree view of downtown Fort Collins. The Lofts allow residents to live within a close proximity to work, dining, entertainment and all the amenities downtown Fort Collins offers.
