This high-end executive style office complex is the result of a unique partnership between the tenant and the ownership group resulting in 15,652 SF of professional offices in the heart of the largest mixed-use development in Northern Colorado and adjacent to the Medical Center of the Rockies. The offices average 120 SF each and have been designed to rent individually or in clusters of 2-4. Through strategic planning during the design and construction, the completed office condominium project can easily be divided into four separate saleable condominium spaces with separate electric, HVAC, and entrance/exits, while still maintaining common entrance/reception area, common stairs, common elevator, and common bathrooms on both floors.

Brinkman Construction incorporated the design and construction of the tenant improvements concurrently with the core and shell portion of this project. Each portion of the project was under separate contract allowing Brinkman Construction to utilize our full service concept and coordinate the design for the tenant improvements while building the core and shell.
