His professional background includes experience in civil engineering, construction management, real estate brokerage, and development. Kevin's diverse knowledge provides the expertise to lead the company through the full cycle of investment activities including: acquisition and development, redevelopment, tenant/user management, and property exit and exchange. His credentials include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, a master's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver, and designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Joshua Guernsey is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Josh began his career working with a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm in Denver while earning a dual Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. Josh went on to manage complex, institutional level transactions in the United States, Canada and Mexico as an acquisition, due diligence, disposition and financing analyst for a world renowned real estate investment trust. Josh's extensive education and work experience as well as an accreditation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) allows him to provide the comprehensive services that distinguish Brinkman Partners as an elite investment real estate firm.

Ashley operates as a Transaction Manager for the Brinkman Partners investment team. She coordinates marketing and research efforts as they relate to investment offerings. In addition, Ashley provides vital support to the investments team by managing essential transactional documentation and due diligence, controlling pending transactions, and facilitating closings.

Northern Colorado
Greg began his career as a real estate agent in Fort Collins in 2007. Since 2007, Greg has completed over 80 transactions in Northern Colorado comprising over $20 million in sales volume. After attaining his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2010, Greg accepted a position with CBRE in Los Angeles. While with CBRE he provided real estate services to owners and tenants in California and across the country. This experience included representing the Lobster ME Restaurant concept in Las Vegas, leasing space in the 330,00 SF Iowa River Landing Development in Iowa City, and providing consulting services to the Lewis Development Company in Los Angeles.
