Joshua Guernsey is a broker specializing in investment transactions in Northern Colorado. After earning a degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, Josh began his career working with a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm in Denver while earning a dual Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management at the University of Denver. Josh went on to manage complex, institutional level transactions in the United States, Canada and Mexico as an acquisition, due diligence, disposition and financing analyst for a world renowned real estate investment trust. Ashley operates as a Transaction Manager for the Brinkman Partners investment team. She coordinates marketing and research efforts as they relate to investment offerings. After receiving a master's degree in Business Management, Mr. Lundy spent several years as a sales manager for the Dayton Hudson Corporation. Kyle joined the CB Richard Ellis, Los Angeles office, in 1997 and was named Regional Rookie of the Year the following year. In 2000, he was asked to start the South Bay Advisory Group focusing on tenant representation. The group was the CBRE office Team of the Year for three consecutive years. In 2005 Mr. Lundy moved to Colorado and began working with a development focusing on business and strategic mixed used development. In 2009 Kyle joined Brinkman Partners, furthering the company's growth in tenant representation, development and investment opportunities.

A Denver native, Randy Swearingen is a graduate of Colorado State University and has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, 18 years as a top producer with Grubb & Ellis Company. As Vice President of Office Development for Aardex, a Colorado headquartered developer, Randy specialized in LEED certified commercial projects including the 186,000-square-foot, double LEED Platinum Signature Centre office building in Golden, winner of NAIOP's National Green Development of the Year Award. Other areas of expertise include: market analysis, site selection, space programming, investment strategies, BTS, sale and lease negotiations, as well as LEED strategies for C&S, CI and EB. Geoff Tolmachoff is a six year veteran of Commercial Real Estate in Northern Colorado. Prior to graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate Geoff secured an internship with one of Northern Colorado's largest and most respected commercial real estate developers. Following completion of the internship program, Geoff spent two years in a full time capacity prior to leaving the company to start his own commercial real estate brokerage practice. Since beginning his own practice, Geoff has been involved in over seventy five transactions. Deals have included leases, building sales, land sales and complicated new development projects. Geoff's background in real estate development enables him to add value to any phase of a commercial real estate project, including: raw land acquisition, budgeting, entitlements, core and shell construction and tenant finish.
