Originally from Montana, Aaron was raised in Colorado Springs and has been a resident of the spectacular Colorado Front Range for more than 25 years and currently resides in central Denver. Aaron graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and started his career managing construction projects for real estate development firms and design/build construction companies but always had the desire to utilize his construction knowledge and experience and apply that to the real estate industry.
When Aaron is not working, he is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about snowboarding and spending time with friends in the back country. During the summer months, you'll find him on the golf course or on his bike climbing one of the many mountains along the Front Range.

Carolyn was raised in Illinois and has been a Colorado resident for 26 years. During this time Carolyn has spent the past 22 years specializing in the medical sales and marketing industry assisting healthcare professionals relocating to the Denver metro area. Recently, she has taken her pride in providing outstanding service to everyone she encounters to her new career in Real Estate. In her first two years, she has sold $5.5 million in net residential sales. Originally from Philadelphia, Nicky has a love for traveling and the outdoors. After graduating from Gettysburg College with a Bachelors in Environmental Science, she moved to Colorado and became an avid skier/snowboarder. In 2000 she joined the Peace Corps in Tanzania, East Africa, where she helped people start small businesses, taught families how to improve their health, and instructed English in the local school. After returning from Tanzania, Nicky moved back to Colorado where she began her career in real estate as a Mortgage Broker. This transpired into rental management and helping people save their homes from foreclosure. Because of her past experience, she is able to maximize returns for clients. Nicky is passionate about real estate because she is devoted to helping people through critical life transitions, such as purchasing a home.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Julie grew up spending her summers in the North Georgia Mountains. These experiences led her to develop an intense passion for outdoor activities and a great respect for all that nature provides. Over the years, she attained a Bachelor of Social work from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. This educational background provided her with the opportunity to experience a satisfying career as a psychotherapist, advocate, and educator. She later chose to enhance herself both professionally and personally by earning a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Denver, Daniels's College of Business. She has a strong passion for people to live balanced, satisfying lives. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in 1999, Erica moved to Colorado. The majority of Erica's career has been spent in Marketing and Event Planning. She started as an Event Planner, cordinating large scale wine and sporting events throughout the state. From there, she was hired on as the Colorado Event Manager for the largest promotional marketing agency in the United States. She was promoted to Regional Director, giving her the opportunity to manage marketing and sales teams on a national level. Always having a curiosity and passion for real estate, Erica decided to take her years of marketing experience and pursue the real estate industry in Colorado. Erica's passions include her family and her dogs. Currently, Erica sits on the board of two charity organizations.

Raised in Colorado, Ryan Sondrup boasts a passion for all aspects of nature and Colorado's exquisite great outdoors. He translated that life-long reverence to his profession of bringing the outdoors to others through Brinkman Mountain Real Estate. Ryan handled special events at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department including game day production and national touring concert series before returning to Colorado's Impact Productions, a special events management firm that promotes national and international programs from its Denver headquarters. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Marketing and management/human resources, obtained his education through an athletic/academic scholarship. Ryan recently graduated from the University of Denver Danielle's School of Business in with a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.
