Project Details

The 4,300 SF brewery project included the renovation of an existing space. The 3,100 SF first floor was completely remodeled to welcome customers and support brewery operations. The second floor loft space is utilized for storage.

The remodel created a bar area and tasting room that can hold up to 99 customers. The custom bar top was built using wood from 1930’s Coors Brewing Company cooler railroad cars. Patrons enjoy a relaxing environment that includes 55 inch televisions, electric outlets for laptops and phones and a window displaying brewing operations. The bar includes high-top, low-top, and long pub-style tables. There is a private room that can be utilized as a boardroom or meeting area.

A brewhouse area was also created to support the manufacturing and distribution of 1933’s flagship and specialty English and German Style Ales.
