Project Details

The Eye Center of Northern Colorado facility will be a state-of-the-art medical building home to dozens of expert eye care and LASIK providers. The single-story, 28,000-square-foot medical office building will include clinical, surgical and office space for six ophthalmologists and support staff. An ambulatory surgery center will house three operating rooms and the remainder of the space will be made up of 30+ exam rooms, multiple waiting rooms, offices and a laser treatment center.

In the state-of-the-art Surgery Center, surgeons will perform Custom LASIK (and other refractive technologies), Cataract Removal and Intraocular Lens (IOL) Replacement, Glaucoma Surgery, Pediatric and Strabismus Surgery, Vitreo-Retinal Surgery, Corneal Transplants and Ophthalmic Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

This five-story student housing project is ideally located one block west of the new Colorado wState University football stadium. With 102 units consisting of two-, three-, four-, or five-bedrooms, the new multifamily project will have 388 total bedrooms. Each unit includes a patio or deck and nine foot ceilings.

Project Details

This retail center is positioned prominently in southeast Fort Collins, with high visibility and immediate access from Harmony Road. The first phase of the project includes two buildings of inline retail. The project will also include a hotel and office spaces in later phases of the project.
The location places the project just off I-25, adjacent to Banner Health Hospital, and down the street from Fossil Ridge High School.

The building is constructed using wood framing with steel structure and finished with a mixture of metal paneling, wood paneling, stucco, and masonry.

Project Details

This planned hotel is made up of 139 guest rooms and will be located in Downtown Arvada as a part of a master development alongside light rail, residential, and retail developments.

The project will feature a restaurant, pool, fitness center, and meetings rooms as an amenity to guests. The exterior will feature classic looks including stone while playing off of similar finishes from surrounding areas. The building will include pavilion and conservatory common areas for guests with casual open seating.
