Project Details

30,600 SF, two-story Class A office building in Harmony Technology Park. Brinkman Partners occupies the entire 15,000 SF first floor and the second floor by US-Reports.

The look and feel of the building incorporates the innovation emphasized throughout Brinkman’s corporate culture. An outdoor patio with a roll-up garage door creates an indoor/outdoor space utilized for company and client gatherings. As a whole, the building features an open-air look with expansive exterior windows and natural lighting throughout. The design focuses on sustainable elements and green building.

Project Details

This project for a confidential client consists of a complete remodel of the interior and exterior of the existing 240 East Mountain building. Due to the age of the existing space, extensive structural modifications and brick rehabilitation were undertaken ahead of finishing out is the most unique Class A office space in Northern Colorado.

Extensive coordination with the client, the design team, and the end users was spearheaded by Brinkman Construction as we developed a team approach towards providing the client with a space they can be proud of for years to come.

Project Details

This three-phase project consisted of an interior and exterior renovation of one of Otterbox’s secondary office spaces. The overall design mirrors that of the Otterbox Corporate Headquarters building (also a project of Brinkman Construction). The interior of the space has been completely gutted and refinished to Class A office space with a more high-tech look that includes coffee bars on each of the three floors. Sunshades and canopies have been added to the exterior of the building to improve its overall energy usage. The building’s exterior has been completely re-landscaped with new concrete, boulders, landscape furniture, a storage unit for employee bikes, an exterior patio with a trellis, benches and tables.

Project Details

This was an 82,381 SF, three story, tenant improvement project.  The space was taken from a core/shell condition, for Crop Production Services, a subsidiary of Agrium. This project included high-end executive offices and boardroom meeting spaces, managers and staff offices, a granite-floored lobby, exterior patios, break room areas with spectacular views of the Front Range. Unique architectural detail was planned throughout including etched glass custom floor-to-ceiling walls, decorative millwork and casework, and additional custom specialty walls. The renovation transformed the core and shell building into an aesthetically rich, yet functional, space.

Project Details

This tenant finish project is complete with aesthetically pleasing elements such as a water feature at the main entrance and flat screen televisions throughout the building. The 21,235 SF MCR Surgery Center was built with the future of healthcare in mind. The space includes four operating rooms, 17 patient bays, containing eight pre/post operative beds, two of which are private, seven PACU beds, one of which is private, and two phase II private rooms. In the Convalescent Care area there are five overnight rooms. The space also contains multi-offices, is a Joint Commission Accredited Facility, and adjoins the Medical Center of the Rockies. The Center is equipped with the latest technology in surgery equipment and is complete with LED operating room lights.
