His professional background includes experience in civil engineering, construction management, real estate brokerage, and development. Kevin's diverse knowledge provides the expertise to lead the company through the full cycle of investment activities including: acquisition and development, redevelopment, tenant/user management, and property exit and exchange. His credentials include a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, a master's degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver, and designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Originally from Montana, Aaron was raised in Colorado Springs and has been a resident of the spectacular Colorado Front Range for more than 25 years and currently resides in central Denver. Aaron graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management and started his career managing construction projects for real estate development firms and design/build construction companies but always had the desire to utilize his construction knowledge and experience and apply that to the real estate industry.
When Aaron is not working, he is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about snowboarding and spending time with friends in the back country. During the summer months, you'll find him on the golf course or on his bike climbing one of the many mountains along the Front Range.

Carolyn was raised in Illinois and has been a Colorado resident for 26 years. During this time Carolyn has spent the past 22 years specializing in the medical sales and marketing industry assisting healthcare professionals relocating to the Denver metro area. In her first two years, she has sold $5.5 million in net residential sales. Gayor spent the better part of his formative years in Colorado, he loves Colorado and enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing and skiing. Prior to entering the Real Estate Industry, Gayor managed and tour managed national touring musical acts, he also promoted and built special events/concerts throughout the country. When developing the special events, he worked with a number of national entities including Go Fast Sports, Terrapin Beer Company and Jambase.com to name a few. Gayor holds multiple degrees from the University of Denver, including a Master of Science in Real Estate Construction Management and Jurist Doctorate. He was also a scholarship baseball player during his undergraduate experience at DU. Today, Gayor loves spending time with his family and his young daughter and when working on real estate he enjoys investing, redeveloping and structuring real estate deals.

He is also a firefighter with the Poudre Fire Authority. Kevin will be married this summer to his beautiful fiance', Kristi, who just graduated and is now working as Physician's Assistant (PA) here in Fort Collins.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Julie grew up spending her summers in the North Georgia Mountains. These experiences led her to develop an intense passion for outdoor activities and a great respect for all that nature provides. Over the years, she attained a Bachelor of Social work from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. This educational background provided her with the opportunity to experience a satisfying career as a psychotherapist, advocate, and educator. She later chose to enhance herself both professionally and personally by earning a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Denver, Daniels's College of Business. She has a strong passion for people to live balanced, satisfying lives. Greg began his career as a real estate agent in Fort Collins in 2007. Since 2007, Greg has completed over 80 transactions in Northern Colorado comprising over $20 million in sales volume. After attaining his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2010, Greg accepted a position with CBRE in Los Angeles. While with CBRE he provided real estate services to owners and tenants in California and across the country. This experience included representing the Lobster ME Restaurant concept in Las Vegas, leasing space in the 330,00 SF Iowa River Landing Development in Iowa City, and providing consulting services to the Lewis Development Company in Los Angeles.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in 1999, Erica moved to Colorado. The majority of Erica's career has been spent in Marketing and Event Planning. She started as an Event Planner, cordinating large scale wine and sporting events throughout the state. From there, she was hired on as the Colorado Event Manager for the largest promotional marketing agency in the United States. She was promoted to Regional Director, giving her the opportunity to manage marketing and sales teams on a national level. Always having a curiosity and passion for real estate, Erica decided to take her years of marketing experience and pursue the real estate industry in Colorado. Erica's passions include her family and her dogs. Currently, Erica sits on the board of two charity organizations.

Raised in Colorado, Ryan Sondrup boasts a passion for all aspects of nature and Colorado's exquisite great outdoors. He translated that life-long reverence to his profession of bringing the outdoors to others through Brinkman Mountain Real Estate. Ryan handled special events at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department including game day production and national touring concert series before returning to Colorado's Impact Productions, a special events management firm that promotes national and international programs from its Denver headquarters. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Marketing and management/human resources, obtained his education through an athletic/academic scholarship. Ryan recently graduated from the University of Denver Daniels School of Business in with a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.

Paula Vogel is married, has two young boys and has been a resident of Evergreen Colorado for over 30 years. She attended the University of Colorado, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Education. She has been active in real estate since 2006 serving the foothills and western suburbs. For fourteen years prior to that, Paula worked in the field of mental health with children and adolescents. She and her husband are independent representatives for Hiawatha Log Homes as well as Yellowstone Log Homes. Their own private residence, is a log home and serves as a model for prospective buyers to visit. Paula is familiar with the building process and focuses on being constantly aware of potential buildable land on the market.
