Laurie is a long time resident of Ft. Collins, moving here from Connecticut to attend Colorado State University in 1973. Her career in real estate began in 1978 and her experience is well rounded. She began working as a Closer for a title company and then moved on to real estate investments, 1031 exchanges, residential and commercial sales and leasing. Laurie feels strongly that family, (especially grandchildren), keeps life exciting. She enjoys volunteering and believes that it is a rewarding way for her to contribute back to the community.

Prior to acquiring his real estate license, Kevin worked in the title/escrow industry, which allows him to offer his clients the benefit of his varied knowledge. He is also a firefighter with the Poudre Fire Authority. Kevin will be married this summer to his beautiful fiance', Kristi, who just graduated and is now working as Physician's Assistant (PA) here in Fort Collins.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Julie grew up spending her summers in the North Georgia Mountains. These experiences led her to develop an intense passion for outdoor activities and a great respect for all that nature provides. Over the years, she attained a Bachelor of Social work from Georgia State University and a Master of Social Work from New York University. This educational background provided her with the opportunity to experience a satisfying career as a psychotherapist, advocate, and educator. She later chose to enhance herself both professionally and personally by earning a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Business Development from the University of Denver, Daniels's College of Business. She has a strong passion for people to live balanced, satisfying lives. Melissa Pickett has lived in Fort Collins since 1992; she was educated in the Poudre School District, and continued her education at Colorado State University, majoring in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration. Melissa developed her Marketing career and discovered a passion for real estate in the process. She obtained her real estate license and decided to make real estate her full-time career. Melissa joined Brinkman Partners in June 2006. She is currently involved in several organizations, including the Fort Collins Jaycees and Fort Collins Mothers Center. Melissa believes strongly in continued development in her professional life, which is the primary reason she loves real estate. She enjoys being part of such an important decision in people's lives. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a Marketing Degree in 2003, Greg began his career in real estate by working for the largest title and escrow company in the United States. While in this position he facilitated the closings of hundreds of commercial and residential transactions. In early 2006 Greg began brokering real estate transactions with RE/MAX in Fort Collins and soon became a top producing agent that was retained by the company to train fellow brokers. Greg joined the Brinkman Partners team in late 2007 and is in the process of attaining his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver. Greg's community involvement includes being an active member of the "Character First" organization, The SERTOMA Foundation, and numerous volunteer posts at Timberline Church. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science in 1999, Erica moved to Colorado. The majority of Erica's career has been spent in Marketing and Event Planning. She started as an Event Planner, cordinating large scale wine and sporting events throughout the state. From there, she was hired on as the Colorado Event Manager for the largest promotional marketing agency in the United States. She was promoted to Regional Director, giving her the opportunity to manage marketing and sales teams on a national level. Always having a curiosity and passion for real estate, Erica decided to take her years of marketing experience and pursue the real estate industry in Colorado. Erica's passions include her family and her dogs. Currently, Erica sits on the board of two charity organizations.

Raised in Colorado, Ryan Sondrup boasts a passion for all aspects of nature and Colorado's exquisite great outdoors. He translated that life-long reverence to his profession of bringing the outdoors to others through Brinkman Mountain Real Estate. Ryan handled special events at the University of Wisconsin Athletic Department including game day production and national touring concert series before returning to Colorado's Impact Productions, a special events management firm that promotes national and international programs from its Denver headquarters. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a dual degree in Marketing and management/human resources, obtained his education through an athletic/academic scholarship. Ryan recently graduated from the University of Denver Danielle's School of Business in with a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management.
