Community Description

Red Leaf was a collaborated effort between developers and the City of Broomfield to connect the 142 acre, master-planned community with the City’s new recreation center and public park; creating Broomfield’s first neighborhood to integrate affordable homes with luxury housing. As of March 4th 2011 we find the following stats in our attached report: Read Leaf had 7 Sales in the past 6 months. From these sales we find an average price per square foot of $154 with a 97.5% Sales Price/Asking Price. From these sales we have a low of $236,000 to a high of $485,000 - demonstrating the difference in product from the three buildes listed above. The sold homes averaged 94 days on the market. Currently, Red Leaf has 14 Active listings on the market. From this listings we see an average price per square foot of $170 with a low price of $235,000 and a high price of $495,000. These active homes have averaged 82 days on the market.
